Gift Card issued by Fogo de Chão may be used at any US or Puerto Rico location for making purchases of food or beverage. Card has no value until activated by cashier. Treat card as cash. Gift Card is not refundable. Balance can be checked online at www.fogo.com. Fogo de Chão is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards or unauthorized use.
